WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ‘SIZE’ AND ‘IMAGE SIZE’?
All prints have a 2” white border all around. The ‘size’ is the size of the paper the giclee is printed on, it is the size of the artwork you will receive. The ‘image size’ is the size of the image that is printed on the paper (image size is size - 2” all around)

HOW DO I ORDER A GICLEE?
After selecting your favorite image, click ‘Collect This Giclee’. This will open a new page where you can select the size of the giclee you wish to order. After you select the size, click Checkout, this will bring you to the checkout page where you can pay for your order.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Credit Card, Apple Pay, G Pay and Afterpay.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping is FREE.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY GICLEE?
All giclee prints are made to order. Your beautiful giclee goes into production on December 3. Production time is about 10 to 15 business days (this excludes shipping times). Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your giclee will arrive before the holidays.

WHAT IS A GICLEE PRINT?
A Giclee print is a high-quality reproduction of an original artwork, using archival inks and papers.

HOW ARE GICLEE PRINTS MADE?
Giclee prints are in Quebec, Canada on large format inkjet printers that use small spraying devices that can both match color and apply ink precisely, resulting in a high-quality reproduction of the original artwork. In the fine art world, giclee reproductions have to meet strict expectations regarding precision, color matching and longevity, standards usually not expected of, or met by, inkjet prints.

WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED TO CREATE THESE PRINTS?
Giclee prints are created using archival inks and textured fine art paper.

IS THE GICLEE SIGNED?
Yes, all giclees are dated and signed at the bottom of the image.

I LOVE YOUR ARTWORK BUT NOT SURE I CAN AFFORD IT RIGHT NOW. DO YOU OFFER A PAYMENT PLAN?
Absolutely! You can use Afterpay at checkout.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
There is no return policy for prints, all sales are final.

WHAT IF MY GICLEE ARRIVES DANAGED?
If your giclee arrives damaged you can send a picture of the packaging and a picture of the print to denise@denisebuismanpilger.com, once these pictures are received a new giclee will be sent to you.
